At Crochet Clatch, we believe learning to crochet is just the beginning.
Every lesson is an opportunity to slow down, create something with your own hands, build confidence, solve problems, and discover the joy that comes from making something uniquely yours.
Whether you've never held a crochet hook, are returning after many years, or are looking to refine your skills, you'll find a welcoming, encouraging environment where questions are celebrated, mistakes become learning moments, and every stitch is a step forward.
Our goal isn't perfection, our goal is progress.
And along the way, something wonderful happens; strangers become friends, conversations begin, and confidence grows. Creativity will flourish, and sense of belonging takes root.
That's what Crochet Clatch has always been about.
I learned to crochet from my Meemaw when I was eleven years old, and today I have the privilege of teaching students ranging from 7 year old children to adults in their sixties and beyond.
Creativity has no age limit, and whether you're seven or seventy, it's never too early or too late to discover a new passion, learn a new skill, and surprise yourself with what you're capable of creating.
One-on-one instruction offers personalized guidance tailored to your goals and experience level. Whether you're just getting started or need help mastering a challenging pattern, private lessons provide focused support in a relaxed, encouraging setting.
Learning is even more fun together, so gather a few friends, family members, or coworkers for a private group lesson and experience the joy of creating side by side. Group lessons are perfect for beginners, celebrations, team-building, homeschool groups, and anyone looking for a unique creative experience.

Every student's crochet journey begins with a conversation.
Before we ever pick up a hook, we'll talk about your goals. Maybe you've always wanted to learn a new hobby, make gifts for loved ones, create clothing, start a handmade business, or simply enjoy a relaxing creative outlet. Understanding what inspires you allows us to create a learning experience that's both meaningful and motivating.
Every Crochet Clatch lesson follows a thoughtfully structured curriculum designed to build skills with confidence, one stitch at a time. We begin with the fundamentals and gradually introduce new techniques as your knowledge and abilities grow.
Because no two students begin in the same place or share the same goals, your learning path is customized to meet you where you are. Whether you're picking up a crochet hook for the very first time, returning to the hobby after years, or looking to refine your technique, we'll start at the skill level that's right for you while keeping your personal goals at the center of every lesson.
Our goal to equip you with the skills, confidence, and creative independence to achieve your goals and to enjoy the journey every step of the way.
